[Halld-cal] 13 Fcal crates received in good shape

Hi Matt,

We received the 13 crates from IU last week. From the outside they all 
appear to have arrived in good shape. We opened two boxes (#8 and #12) 
to inspect the inside. The glass was all packed carefully with plenty of 
Styrofoam in between. (Of course we could only see the top layer).  We 
took a couple of pictures as a record. We did not see a need to open all 
boxes, but we can if someone believes it might be useful.
