Hi Fernando,
That is correct -- the are not tightly specified. It seems like some minimal level of control and monitoring might be desirable. That is why I was wondering if there was a preferred choice from the slow control standpoint: Hovannes or Elliot, is there a preference?
If there is not one, then we can simply pick a suitable model. The CAN <-> Ethernet boxes do provide some digital input and output pins that could be useful to interface simple monitoring or control for a supply.

The FCAL suplies (24V) do not have to have tight specs, I believe, on noise or regulation and they could be some off-the shelf units. I recall these were to be integrated into the FCAL distribution boxes.
