[Halld-cal] First Article of SiPM has been received

Dear collaborators,

The first article shipment of 80 arrays from Hamamatsu arrived today. I 
picked it up and took to Carl in the ARC building. We unpackaged it and 
all appeared in good order on first inspection. Now for testing...
