[Halld-cal] First Article of SiPM has been received

Hi Elton:

Ok, get going and hurry it up.  We're waiting for you guys to finish  
the SiPM tests so that you can send some up here before the weather  
warms up too much and we need water cooling!  :-)

In all seriousness, we are looking forward to the first reports from  
Yi and Carl on the testing.
