[Halld-cal] Bcal Readout and Cal Working Group Meeting time and date

Dear collaborators,

We had a discussion this morning concerning times for the Bcal Readout 
and Cal Working group meetings. I would like to keep both of these on 
alternating weeks but the same day of the week and time. Due to time 
changes next week we will need to delay the start time of the meetings 
by 30 min. Starting next week, we will return the meeting to the 
original time of 11:00 am.

There is also a preference by USM to hold the meetings on Tuesday 
instead of Thursday. (The time would be the same or 11:00 am). Those 
present at the meeting were willing to change the meeting day to Tuesday.

**** If you were not at the meeting, please let me know if Tuesday is a 
conflict for you.

Based on the response, we will have our Cal Working group meeting next 
Tuesday or Thursday (starting at 11:00 am).
