[Halld-cal] proposal for FCAL beamtest in Hall B

Hi Elliott, Alex,

We do have a few NIM modules we could bring from IU
for the beamtest if necessary. Do you know which modules
you do have/don't have at the lab that we can use?

Currently our focus is on whether we can actually do the
beamtest with all the geometric restrictions,
but once we are sure that it is possible, we will need
to consider whether we have all the necessary electronics.
