[Halld-cal] FCAL reconstruction

Hi,

What is the latest 'official' version of the FCAL reconstruction
and calibration (is it in trunk - the rad hard insert is dropped
according to svn logfiles) ?


I was also confused with the calibration constants:

In the setenv_Linux_CentOS5-x86_64-gcc4.1.2.csh file of
most recent tagged lib versions (like sim-recon-2012-03-12), 
JANA_CALIB_URL  is pointing to the latest calib version 
file:///group/halld/Software/calib/latest
Rad hard FCAL insert is dropped here, though hitFcal.c requires it;
one has to use calib-2011-07-31 for this lib, I surmise.

I think that it would make sense to set up the right JANA_CALIB_URL var
in recent tagged lib releases - it's easy to make a mistake...
