[Halld-cal] BCAL beam test Executive Summary

Hi Zisis,

The summary sounds good. I would mention two additional things: 1) that 
the prototype is every way identical to the BCAL modules except for the 
length. 2) operation in Hall B will be parasitic with the ongoing 
experiment.
