[Halld-cal] Updated list of non-conforming light guides

Dear Elias and Alison,

Find attached the updated (complete) list of non-conforming light 
guides. We have highlighted in yellow the new guides since our last 
assessment. There are a total of 33 new non-conforming light guides and 
the sizes break down as follows:

A    3
B    4
C    4
D    2
E    3
F    3
G    6
H    4
J     3
K    1

We note that some of the light guide serial numbers are missing, as they 
been misplaced when the guides were separated from their wrappers. These 
are identified by the XXX.

We are in the process of gluing the remaining 12 modules. All the light 
guides have been checked against the go-nogo gauge. In addition the base 
of the light guides are being lightly sanded with 600 grit paper (see 
http://argus.phys.uregina.ca/cgi-bin/private/DocDB/ShowDocument?docid=2038) 
and if the base is slightly oversized, we attempt to bring them into 
compliance by lightly sanding the edge of the base. Although we believe 
this is the complete list of guides that need replacement, it is 
possible that as we proceed with the gluing we will find a few issues 
with the guides that have passed our initial screening.

We should probably have a discussion next Tuesday at the Bcal readout 
meeting regarding completing delivery and the possible need for spares, 
which are not included in the present count.
