[Halld-cal] FCAL Abstract for DNP2013

Hi Dan,

The abstract contains the relevant information, but some sentence are a 
little awkward. I suggest the following

1. Shorten first sentence: ...GlueX experiment is a lead glass 
elecromagnetic calorimeter...
2. As the first sentence states the detector is under construction, you 
can simplify: "GlueX is a photoproduction experiment...."
3. Add a phrase immediately before "Each element consists..." to give 
the number of blocks such as: " The calorimeter is built out of 2800 
elements, each of which consist of a lead glass block...."
