[Halld-cal] [Halld-offline] FCAL calibration changed

...and a second "heads up" that this will only get
you about the right pi0 mass if you are constructing
your own pi0 four vectors from DFCALCluster objects
(which probably none of you are).
If you use analysis level objects you're going to get
a second nonlinear shift in scale that comes in the
transition from DFCALCluster -> DFCALShower.
That will need adjusting also.. it is on the to-do list.
