[Halld-cal] Location of light guides on Bcal face

Hi Irina and Mark,

Chuck has produced a drawing showing the location of the light guides on 
the face of the Bcal module. I have uploaded it to the wiki at

Let me know if you have any questions or feedback. We should update the 
drawing as needed and save it to the repository.
