[Halld-cal] Location of light guides on Bcal face

Hello all,

I just compared the drawing of the BCAL lightguide displacements in the
plane perpendicular to the beam that Elton distributed to what is in hdds
(used by the simulation) and the agreement is better than 150 microns!
