[Halld-cal] Reconstruction Meeting 2015-04-16

we have our Reconstruction Meeting this Thursday, 11am EDT.  There probably is not that much to report on reconstruction or simulations, so I am happy to open the meeting up to anything BCAL or FCAL related.
