[Halld-cal] Reconstruction Meeting 2015-04-16

Hi Zisis,

We can go over our plan for time-walk corrections, updates from Tegan on 
progress on inclusion of dark hits, update from Will on threshold scans 
to extract dark hit contributions from pedestals, and possibly 
preparations for George to start working on time offsets and veff.
