[Halld-cal] Bcal Reconstruction meeting tomorrow at 11:00

We will have our bcal reconstruction meeting tomorrow. As noted at our 
last meeting, all meetings will now begin at 11:00 am. Let's try to get 
setup promptly to avoid slipping the start time. Locals will meet in
