[Halld-cal] BCAL reconstruction issue

Dear collaborators,

I just got the latest version of sim-recon from git this morning and when
I look at the BCALPoints the energy is inf. This issue propagates to the
BCALClusters and BCALShowers, giving them infinite energies and wrong
cluster and shower positions from the energy weighted average to get the
cluster centroid. I think there is a planned monitoring launch for today
so we might want to look into this soon if anyone else is seeing the same
thing.
