[Halld-cal] BCAL reconstruction issue

Hi All,
To follow up on Mike's answer that switching from JANA 0.7.2 -> 0.7.3 resolved the problem. Sean sent a message out to the offline list that this was necessary due to a way multi-column tables are loaded, which changed between the JANA versions: https://mailman.jlab.org/pipermail/halld-offline/2015-June/002073.html
