[Halld-cal] Newer plots

Hi Sean,
Thanks for passing on these plots. In particular the efficiency plots
are interesting. Some of the efficiency issues in the data depend on
whether we were running in mode 7 or 8, as I showed at the last
collaboration meeting. Ahmed is looking into this.
