[Halld-cal] [New Logentry] Follow-up Re: BCAL cosmic run

Optical  transceiver on the TD module in slot 10 (port 1, connected to rocfcal7) was 
found to be dead and was replaced. Rocfcal7 looks Ok now.

fadc in slot 10 of rocfcal2 had some problems with power and was replaced
(by Chris/NIck). The firmware was updated on the newly installed board, 
baselines were calibrated.

FCAL crates look Ok now (were checked using fcal noise/cosmic trigger ).
