[Halld-cal] BCAL_nim updates

Hi Zisis,

I have completed a first pass over the initial draft. Updates have been 
checked into git. Main changes affect the following sections:

1. Simulations -> Fined-grained Monte Carlo. Rearranged text and 
simplified.

2. Modified and simplified the LED Pulser system.

3. Modified and considerably shortened the Michel electron section.

4. Rearranged subsections and divided last section into two: 'Operation' 
-> 'Calibration and Commissioning' + 'Performance'. This is where most 
of the work still remains and requires updates
from others that are doing the work, e.g. Will, Mark, ....

General question about figures: Do you have the source for most of the 
figures? Its good to have a placeholder for what we wish to show, but 
most of these might not be so easy to reproduce or modify. Thoughts?
