[Halld-cal] BCAL_nim updates

Hi Elton:

thanks for the update and for shortening the (long) sections.  We should be able to find all of the Regina figures in their original form (.eps or .pdf).  I will start collecting them once we decide which ones we really want to keep.

Also,I am assuming that we should use our own standalone .bib file for the references, so that it can be uploaded to NIM when we submit.  We could also embed the references directly in the LateX source for the document.  I’m good either way.  Many of the references have the TDR nomenclature/reference name, but those can be extracted from the TDR files (see screen shot below).

P.S.  I am swamped over the next 10 days (outreach, sabbatical talk to department, midterm), but after March 24 I am open to continue working on the paper.
