[Halld-cal] [New Logentry] Bad FCAL fadcs

Two fadc250 modules were found bad:

rocfcal7 (D2-6-TOP), slot 4, ACDI-481   (replaced by ACDI - 511)
rocfcal8 (D2-6-MID), slot 18, ACDI-398  (replaced by ACDI - 255)

In both boards there were problems with setting DAC values  for all channels (communication to DAC chip), 
resulting in the wrongly set baseline.

Firmware installed on the new modules:
Ctrl:     241
Proc:   C0D
