[Halld-cal] [EXTERNAL] BCAL calibration status

Hi Zisis and Karthik,
Thanks for the effort to complete the gain calibrations and keeping us
up-to-date. I am replying to the halld-cal list, which is where future
communications should be sent so that everyone is informed and also we
keep a record of the communications.
