[Halld-controls] Second tutorial by Sarin

Hi,

Sarin agreed to hold a followup tutorial on the Danfysik supply at our 
next controls meeting, Thurs 14-Jun 9:30am CC L207.  This time we may 
just sit around the main schematic and have Sarin go over the various 
sections.  We'll probably have a short meeting first, then you can leave 
if you are not interested.
