[Halld-controls] Missing UPS module

Hi,

Walt says we ordered the SNMP card for the UPS.  He says it should be in 
a box about 16-18" long, about 8-10" wide and about 3" thick.  It may be 
stuffed into the UPS itself, or it may have come separately.  Perhaps it 
got left where the UPS was first delivered, in the ESB if I recall.

Please look for this, we need it to communicate with the UPS.
