[Halld-controls] No Hall D Controls Meeting 27-Jun, and minutes for 13-Jun-2013

Hi,

Not enough progress to warrant a full meeting, so let's cancel the 
27-Jun meeting.

Briefly, lots of work has been done for the solenoid test, but you've 
heard about that already.  Parts for the FCAL dark room are here and 
construction is underway.  Hovanes, Nerses and Vanik are working on the 
EPICS alarm system, HV/LV control, GUI's, motion control, etc.
