[Halld-controls] General purpose temperature/humidity monitoring

Hi,

IU has designed simple temperature/humidity monitoring modules for the 
FCAL dark room.  They require 5V and produce analog output signals.  
They are about to build a bunch of them and they were wondering if we 
could use more of them.

Where might we want such temperature/humidity sensors, and how might we 
read them out?

We might want one or more in the Rack Room to monitor temperature if 
there's nothing there already.  Where else?

We could read them out using Point I/O systems into a PLC.  How else 
might we read them out?

They plan to order parts soon so if we want to get in on the order we 
need to decide soon.
