[Halld-controls] Fwd: halld-rtr code upgrade (reboot needed)

Hi,

Paul would like to reboot the network router in the counting house. This
will cause interruption (~30min if all goes well) to the Hall D network. 
This will mean
that the DAQ and the slow controls will mostly not work. For instance, 
monitoring
and control of voltages and temperatures through  computers would
not work (which in many cases is the only way). Is Wednesday 2pm a good 
time for this reboot?
Let me know if it is critical for you to have uninterpreted network 
Wednesday afternoon so
we schedule this for a different time.

Hi Hovanes,
  We need to put updated code on halld-rtr and reboot it.  It will be a 
15-30 min outage.  When can we schedule it?
