[Halld-controls] gluon29 and gluon30 reboot

Hi,

early tomorrow morning (~8am) "gluon29" and "gluon30" machines will be 
rebooted.
"gluon29" is the server where the  "official" EPICS IOC are running, so 
they will
be temporarily unavailable until we restart them. The "official" IOC-s  
on "gluon29" are:

BCAL Bias/LV
FCAL LED voltages
CDC HV/LV
FDC HV/LV
BCAL Temperature monitoring PLC/EPICS interface
FCAL Dark room PLC/EPICS interface
Gas system PLC/EPICS interface


Also, the private IOC-s of the developers that are on "gluon30" will be 
affected as well.
I expect that the "official" IOC-s on "gluon29" will be restored within 
an hour.
The developers (Nerses, Yi, Hovanes) will have to start their private 
IOC-s,
if they have any running, on "gluon30" tomorrow after reboot.

These two Dell servers will be rebooted to have their default gateway to 
be on the
controls network rather than on the Hall D general network.
