[Halld-controls] network settings for gluon29 and gluon30

Hi,

Last week we reconfigured the network connections for "gluon29" and 
"gluon30"
which are Dell servers used for the slow controls. Both of these servers 
were
moved from Hall D general network (172) to Hall D controls network (26).
We decided not to use two network interfaces since it was causing some 
problems
without providing us significant benefits.
Therefore, from now own these two servers will have somewhat different 
network
configuration that other Dell servers.

I also created two aliases for these servers:

gluonioc1.jlab.org is an alias for gluon29.jlab.org.
gluonioc2.jlab.org is an alias for gluon30.jlab.org.

"gluonioc1" is used to run the the "production" EPICS IOCs, while 
"gluonioc2" should
be used for development.
