[Halld-cpp] Meeting this afternoon

Hi Rory,

Sorry we got interrupted by a fire alarm. Not clear what caused it, but 
it took a while to clear. Participants of the next meeting have taken 
over the room.

I believe we covered most of the important issues. On our to-do list is
1. check on options for a clean room (Tom)
2. design a support (in the hall) for the MWPC which is connects the 
chamber from clean ground.
3. complete paperwork (Elton/Beni)

I will update the wiki page with minutes for reference.

Any other thoughts or concerns, let me know and we will try to address them.
