[Halld-cpp] Meeting this afternoon

OK, thanks.   I will bring down my Bertan PS for biasing the chamber, shown on last photo on my slides.   Do you have a NIM bin that has +/- 12 V?   

I will also need a soldering iron to open the detector, I’m sure not a big deal.
