[Halld-cpp] GlueX Systematic Studies

Hi Elton,

We can discuss this at the meeting this morning.

It’s hard to imagine such a test taking place when the beam will go away tomorrow morning.  There was a call for systematic studies made last week and no mention of this test was made.
