[Halld-cpp] Notes from today's CPP meeting

Hi Sean,

My guess is that we can move the meeting to 10:30, but if not, there are issues that need attention that we can start the meeting with. I have not heard back from David and he might have a conflict. I will send out an announcement later today or early tomorrow.
