[Halld-cpp] Notes from today's CPP meeting

Hi All,

  I will be at the meeting tomorrow, but have a hard cutoff at 11am. I am also
having some work done on the house that may distract me for a bit, but
hopefully not.

  I will get a couple of slides together.
