[Halld-cpp] [New Logentry] HV on over week end

The HV channel #6 tripped on Friday night. This channel was connected to chamber #5.
On Saturday the HV channel #6 was turned off and chamber 5 was connected to HV channel #7 while chamber 6 was
connected to HV channel #8. All chambers were set to 1765V and ran all the way through Monday morning (now) with
out any problem.

The LV +/-5 for the north side of chamber  3 are still not working.
