[Halld-cpp] current empty run estimate

Hi All,

the current empty target running is going along but not as fast as our 
estimation.
we are currently half way into the second PERP of the first sequence 
(already done the Amo).
we see about a 2 hour time laps for one setting if all goes well and 3 
hours if it takes
longer. so at best we look around at least 5 hours of more data taking 
at best. which
leads us to a target change no earlier than 2am.

Ilya, what is your availability regarding coming in to change the target?
Given the current data taking progress including headroom I would call 
for a target change
around 4am. Would that be an option for you?
