[Halld-cpp] Monitoring Launch 2022-05 ver05: CPP/NPP

Dear Colleagues,

We just completed another monitoring launch for the 2022-05 CPP/NPP data 
set. This time, we processed the first 10 files of 626 runs selected 
with the following RCDB query:
"daq_run=='PHYSICS_CPP' and beam_current > 10. and event_count > 1000000 
and collimator_diameter != 'Blocking'"

The REST files, random trigger skims and several trees are saved on cache:
/cache/halld/offline_monitoring/RunPeriod-2022-05/ver05/REST/
