[Halld-cpp] Monitoring Launch 2022-05 ver05: CPP/NPP

Dear Colleagues,

We added 134 runs to the monitoring launch, which escaped the original 
RCDB query. The plots and files for all 760 runs can be found int the 
usual places now.
