[Halld-cpp] Monitoring Launch 2022-05 ver22: CPP/NPP

Hi Sean, Alex,
attached you find the lists for tagger hodoscope and microscope. where I 
see many runs at the beginning and
then less runs later on that show "double" peak structures in the picket 
fence.
There is a 100% correlation between hodoscope and microscope in terms of 
this "double" peak picture. however,
i could not find a reason why. There is no correlation with for example 
"empty" target run or other changes in the
configuration. It just seems to happen once a while for no obvious 
reason. There are some instances where the run
is labeled "junk" but most of the time it just seems to be a regular run.
but if the run is ok pretty much all counters in the microscope are ok 
the the few in the tagger have their own issues
like begin very wide in resolution.
