[Halld-cpp] Monitoring Launch 2022-05 ver22: CPP/NPP

what may help is these plots:
BCALminusRF and FCALminusRF for the two runs
100990 with double peak!
100994 NO double peak!
the FCAL histograms both look similar though the 100994 run looks slightly
shifted and narrower.
but the BCAL clearly shows differences with a much larger side peak. So my
suspicion is that this double peak structure may have something to do mostly
with the BCAL calibration?????
I could not find any significant difference in ccdb between these two runs
in the BCAL section.
