[Halld-jlab] Group disk full

Hi David,

We're temperately putting the logs to the group disk for short time
backup. After compression, the file size got reduced greatly (2 GB to
36MB), now it shouldn't be an issue. At the mean time we are also trying
to find some place to backup our data for long-time, silo will be one of
the option, and how about our work disk?

Cheers,
Yi
