[Halld-jlab] SiPM paper preprint available on portal as GlueX-doc-1881-v1

I have uploaded the PDF preprint version of the SiPM paper describing  
the results of characterizing the first
80 samples of the pre-production set of SiPM arrays from Hamamatsu.    
The results were presented
at NDIP 2011 - the 6th International Conference on New Developments in  
Photodetectors back in July, 2011.
