[Halld-jlab] Online manual repository for Hall D equipment

Hi,

We have created an archive of manuals for Hall D equipment.

Currently manuals for all the controls and electrical equipment used in 
the solenoid coil test have been stored there.  The goal is to include 
manuals for ALL Hall D equipment (as far as I'm concerned, equipment 
cannot be installed in the hall unless you place the manual in the 
archive!). 

I placed information about the archive on the Hall D wiki page under 
Documentation -> "Technical Information".  I will link to the manuals in 
the IRMIS controls database (and others) as well.

The manuals are in /group/halld/Documents/manuals 
(M:\halld\Documents\manuals on Windows).   Feel free to create sub-dirs 
and store manuals there for equipment you plan to bring to Hall D.
