[Halld-jlab] Detector group moving some stuff out of F117, we need to move some of our stuff

Hi Drew,

Could we keep those benches? Hall D can buy replacement benches if 
necessary. I have a lot of electronics coming soon for tests and I was 
counting on having those. If not, when are you planning to move those?

Is there anything else that needs to be moved out?

Please keep me informed as I am keeping track of the Hall D space 
allocation for electronics.
