[Halld-jlab] Detector group moving some stuff out of F117, we need to move some of our stuff

Hi,

Drew told me they are moving some items out of F117, most notably the 
two anti-static electronics benches that fill the left wall as you walk 
in.  Yi did SiPM tests on these benches, and Alex has some stuff there.  
We need to clear out stuff off fairly soon...Drew said he'd let me know 
when Facilities Mgmt is coming over.
