[Halld-jlab] F117 Rules & equipment

Hi all,

Recently, a number of electronic tools and equipment have been 
unaccounted for (misplaced, borrowed, taken, etc) in a number of labs 
across JLab. In an effort to prevent this from happening again, the 
doors in F117 will be locked at all times.

In case you need to borrow any tools or equipment, please communicate 
your request to Chris Stanislav so that we can properly log an track all 
property.

Please observe all safety rules while working in F117. Any issues should 
be brought to my attention and I will try to get them resolved as soon 
as possible. In my absence, please communicate your concerns to Chris 
Stanislav.
