[Halld-jlab] ReadyTalk fix (was Fwd: CCPR 83343 UPDATE ( cannot start phone conference))

JLab Hall D folks,

The ReadyTalk conference call thing was broken. Turns out the PIN was 
changed by ReadyTalk due to suspicious activity (according to them) and 
no one told us! The new one is 9677. See the following CCPR report for 
details.

The pin was changed by ReadyTalk because they believed some fraudulent
calls where being made.  The new pin is 9677.
