FDC: Lubomir

      * three cells at end of last week
      * Vladimir tested all
           + one wire channel not working
           + opened up chamber, not a broken wire, one trace on PCB missing
             a section
      * problem: gas leakage, introduced with three packages
           + various tests tried, found today: small bubble when wire frame
             built
           + in epoxy on periphery between PCB and G10
           + created gas permeable channel
           + today, put in some more epoxy and re-check gas leakage
           + tomorrow re-assemble, go for four cells
      * fifth one is almost ready
      * Eugene: electronic testing? Beni: intention to test all 6 cells
      * current between field and sense wires
           + place found where copper sulfate deposited, used for wire
             deadening
           + reacts with something to make current path, cleaning did not
             work
